PUBLIC NOTICE


Subject : Draft regulations on JERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2009

In exercise of power conferred under section 181 of the Electricity Act 2003, the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Goa and UTs (JERC) has made Draft Regulations of JERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2009. The Draft Regulations are available at Central Electricity Regulatory Commission's (CERC) website www.cercind.gov.in.

Notice is hereby given under the direction of Joint Electriicty Regulatory Commission for Goa and UTs (JERC) that comments/sugesstions on the Draft Regulations may be sent to the Commission latest by 29.05.2009, for the consideration of the Commission.
