POWER SCENARIO & AVAILABILITY- MAHE 110 KV SUB-STATION

The Mahe  110 KV  Sub-Station caters to the power demand of the outlying region of Mahe in the U.T. of Puducherry. This sub-station feeds the industrial, commdercial and domestic consumers in Mahe.

The Station was built and commissioned in the year 1992 and it presently has 2 numbers of 10 MVA Power Transformers with a total capacity of 20 MVA.   The power is stepped down to 11 KV level and is fed to the surrounding areas through 4 nos. of 11 feeders.
